Shinta Mani Mustang is a design-driven luxury lodge located in the remote region of Lower Mustang, Nepal—at the gateway to the historic Upper Mustang,

Set against the backdrop of the Annapurna range, the property serves as a base for immersive, multi-day journeys through ancient villages, high-altitude landscapes, and culturally preserved territories rarely accessible to travelers.

More than a hotel, the project was conceived as a fully integrated expedition experience, combining accommodation, logistics, and curated exploration into a single offering.

❋ Organizational structure redesign and team training

❋ Guest experience design and activity programming

FROM THE INSIDE

Today, the resort is operated under the prestigious Shinta Mani brand. I had the privilege of supporting the ownership team during the soft-opening phase of the original project.

I was responsible for developing all operational areas from the ground up. During this time, I also immersed myself in the destination—exploring the region by foot, bike, and motorbike to better understand the surrounding landscape and cultural context. The hotel is set among several 7,000-meter peaks and well-preserved Buddhist villages, creating a truly unique and culturally rich environment.

Building on these explorations, we designed a range of tailored guest experiences aligned with different travel preferences—from helicopter breakfasts at Annapurna Base Camp to multi-day horse expeditions across Mustang.

In parallel, I contributed to the development of operational SOPs across all departments and structured workflows in coordination with the corporate office, including finance, accounting, and human resources.
