La Tropilla is a boutique hotel located in Puerto Natales, serving as a gateway to the Patagonian wilderness and the Torres del Paine region.

Part of the Estancias Patagonia portfolio, the project connects a collection of privately owned estancias—offering high-end, experience-driven activities—into a centralized hospitality base.

The concept allows guests to stay in Puerto Natales while accessing curated excursions across remote landscapes, fjords, and traditional Patagonian environments.

Working in Patagonia represents a different approach to hospitality—one defined not by infrastructure, but by nature itself.

Building the operational and commercial foundation in such a remote and seasonal destination required adaptability, clarity, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
